So far it’s running pretty well. I’ve installed a few packages and getting KDE right now so that I can run Xsessions via VNC. It seems to be running plenty fast for such a slow machine. I’m adjusting partition sizes, which is kind of nice on sparc hardware. I recommend getting Ubuntu 7.04 for sparc, as Gentoo 2007 didn’t want to unpack a simple bz2 file that’s on the cd. gah!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
