Updates and issues

Well, I start training again today.  I gave up on preparing for the US Open 9 ball tournaments because of the move so I will go back to lifting.  I will be doing 5/3/1 with some gear training mixed in.  Cardio will be done 5-7 days per week mixing steady state and hiit/miit.   Using conservative numbers for my maxes, I expect pr’s to come quickly and easily, but I’m not taking it for granted. 

I need a stackable washer and dryer combo.  Hook it up, please.

*The following is not directed at anyone in particular.  This is for everyone.*

Trust.  You have to earn it with me.  If you’re constantly suspicious of what I’m doing, where I am, who I am talking to, etc, then you do not trust me and I sure as hell don’t trust you.  I do not want people checking up on me constantly – I am a grown ******* man and will do what I want, when I want, and with whom I want.   If this is not acceptable to you then get out of my life.   I know that was harsh but I do not want bs drama.  I have enough to deal with since I’m in a new place, with a new job, old family issues, and new priorities.  There have been numerous people trying to do this lately and I have been weeding them out one by one.  If you are (or you suspect you might be) doing this, stop before I make another trip to the garden to get rid of more weeds.
