I haven’t been very concerned about training the past couple months. The motivation just wasn’t there. Now it’s time to start hitting it hard again. I am seriously considering doing a USAPL meet that Monte is putting on in Charlottesville, VA on December 5th. If I do this then I have to get a suit that will work without adjustable straps. I’ll also have to get a bench shirt modified (one of my single ply katana’s) that will fit better than it does now.
Last couple sessions (around aug 3rd..)

worked up to 515 in powerpants. Too easy but quad cramped up and wouldn’t stop

Reps are too much like doing cardio. I cut the last set short of 10 because my hamstrings were starting to get really tight.
