Well, it’s been hard getting to the gym with all the crap at work and sicknesses going around. Was lucky today and trained some bench in the new shirt. Still trying to get a feel for this 3ply inzer phenom, but hey, ya gotta get into it to get used to it.
Stretches with bands
280×1 <-- pretty easy. I'd say the shoulder is 95% right now. add shirt and 3 board 315x1 2 board from here out 405x1 455x1 500x1 PR 550x1, hit j-hooks but it was locking out when it happened. I'm counting it 😛 600xDUMPster Was told to shut it down.. sucks.. but okay, health first. 500 and 550 felt light and went up faster than a teenager's dress on prom night. Decided to try 600 to the 2 board and, as I was beginning to tuck the elbows, the left elbow shot straight back and the hand went forward. Dumped the weight on the boards and rolled it back onto the safety pins. All is well. Forearm is a little jacked up from it but I'll be RICE'ing it tonight. Should be fine in a day or 2. Feels like shin splints but in the forearm. I just have to get that out of my head for the next time we do this.
