Good day today. We jacked the shirts like a MUTHA for the PR attempts. 405 was pretty easy so I decided to go for 455 which would have been a 90lb PR. Came out nice and smooth, about 1-2″ from touching and shot up so fast that it went over my face and into the uprights. I definitely think I’m good for 455 but still have form issues to work out. We definitely jacked the shirts too much if I cant touch 455 in single ply and Mike cant get to 4bd level with 500…. Twisted Evil Wink Laughing Shocked

On another note I’m sending off money for my squat suit. Time to see what 4+ply is like.
