This pisses me off. I was thinking I could pull 600 but 500 was barely moving. Form issues were abundant so we’ll see what happens on those after the form is corrected. The grip felt great, so I’ll focus more on the posterior chain and quads for the next few weeks to see what happens..

Then again, I could just grip it and rip it… twisted evil

Squat is coming along nicely. Doing arched back good mornings the other day seemed to help alleviate some stresses:
