So I had my second ART session for the shoulder today and this time it was pretty uncomfortable. He worked on the pec tie-in, bicep tie-in, sub-scap and the area where the tricep ties in. The pec part hurt a bit but the sub-scap was freakin painful. Then he worked on the left side a little bit and that one just felt GOOD. He checked out my hips and said they’re a wreck so I might have that done the week before the meet. Also gave me a few things to do to help flexibility in the hips. He said my flexibility is all whacked out which, I guess, could be causing the depth issues. We’ll see how it goes!
